Open House as Truelove Celebrates Colwick Development
Lincoln-based Truelove Property & Construction is set to pop the champagne corks as it opens the doors of its latest housing development in Colwick, Nottingham this weekend.
The company is unveiling 15 new four-bedroom homes at open day events on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th October. The homes, at Daleside Place, off Daleside Road in the village, promise luxurious family living on the outskirts of the city.
Director Barrie Truelove said: “Colwick is a great place to live. Located on the banks of the River Trent, it offers that sought-after balance of village life and a short commute into the bustling city of Nottingham.
“Our open days are a great way to familiarise yourself with our style of building. We use traditional methods and local materials wherever possible.
“Those deciding to buy at this stage have a say on the tiling of the property as well as custom flooring. Buying a Truelove property is a bespoke experience, so come and have a chat with us to see what we can do to create a truly unique home.”
Visitors will be able to view the show home between 10am and 3pm on both open days and will also be able to see details of the Appleby, Carrington, Epworth, Ferriby and Haddington styles of home available.
Representatives from Haart Estate Agents and Truelove Property will be on hand to answer potential buyers’ questions and to offer tours. The site is at Daleside Place, off Daleside Road, Colwick, NG2 4BP.
