Double Client Win Means More Success for Shooting Star!

The team celebrations have continued at our offices in Lincoln and Newark this week as we secured a double client win!

This month not only have we welcomed another new member of staff to the team, bringing our team numbers to 12 across our two offices, we have also added Micrometric and the University of Lincoln’s Productivity Programme to our portfolio of clients.

Based in Lincoln, Micrometric specialises in laser material processing of metals and is a European leader in the use of lasers to produce fine parts and precision components from fast prototype through to volume production.

Neil Main, Managing Director at Micrometric, said: “We approached Shooting Star as they were the best fit to help us raise our profile, attract new customers and enter new markets.

“The team have already efficiently started developments for our website and marketing material. We are looking forward to continuing to work with them.”

Last year we worked with the University of Lincoln on its successful Innovation Programme for local businesses. Now a new Productivity Programme has been launched to offer businesses support in driving levels of productivity and investment – and we are delighted to have won the social media and events contract again this year.

Charlotte Baxter, Enterprise Manager at the University of Lincoln, commented: “We have worked with Shooting Star for years and are always pleased with the work. The agency is the perfect fit to help us deliver our marketing strategy and support us at events through the coming year.”

Our Director Jez Ashberry said: “2019 has been a busy and successful year for Shooting Star. Not only has our team grown to be the biggest to date, we have now opened a second office in Newark and we’ve been winning new clients every month.

“This recent double client win comes as we celebrate our birthday and enter our 14th year in business – we couldn’t be happier with where we are as a company and we are delighted to have these new clients on board.”
